I love that song. 1960s movies were often romantic.
The 1960s was a period of romantic movies and music.
Interesting how then, one song would get played through
a movie, now they are piled on, and especially on the closing
credits to fill a soundtrack album.
Watch To Sir With Love and count the use of the song.
The movies then would have this great song suddenly
come to life at a certain point of the movie. A particular
favourite is The First Time and Love In The Beginning
by a band I think is called The MCcubed(3 superscript) or something.

Absolutely. I have gathered a lot of movie trailers and songs of the movies
of the 60s
and put them on the youtube
Here are a few romantic ones:

The Nex Time (Cliff Richard)

Albatross (Judy Collins)

A Man and A Woman

George and the Dragon (herman's hermits)

Shadows of your smile

Whoever you are, i love you (connie francis)

This Day (Cliff Richard)
